Come and sit with me. We'll discover who you are through your life story and work together to make sense of your life journey. The goal is to learn new ways of understanding the purpose of your story. Whether you are seeking help with depression, anxiety or searching for an understanding within your relationships, there is no right or wrong way of "being." Rather the purpose of our close relationships is to understand ourselves more completely.

My focus is integration of mind body and spirit, this includes humor! Some of my techniques include cognitive/behavioral approaches, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness therapy, existential therapy, positive therapy and hypnotherapy. My practice includes work with individuals and couples.

Prior to becoming a clinical therapist, I was a fitness specialist for 20 years. The connection between the mind and body has been a continuous theme in my work. I believe that whole health is influenced by the a mind-body connection.
